We sell to businesses only, so this is a business-to-business contract. The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply and you do not have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. The refund promise below is a contractual promise we make to you, not a statutory right.
One service: the Bid Blueprint — £99 for one tender.
£99 is the total amount you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
We do not currently sell a monthly plan or any subscription. If you would like to be told when our Watch and Watch & Draft plans open, email us and we will write to you once, when they do. We will not use your address for anything else.
Our first three Bid Blueprints are free. Each is the same document, produced on the same 48-hour terms, as a paid order. To claim one, email us the tender with “Founding customer” in the subject. Places go to the first three eligible requests in the order we receive them, one per business. A request is eligible if the tender is a UK public-sector tender with at least 72 hours to its deadline and is not in a sector we exclude below. The offer closes when the three places are taken or at the end of 31 December 2026, whichever comes first; requests received after it closes are not eligible. If the places have gone, we will say so in our reply. Because nothing is paid, the refund promise does not apply to a free Blueprint.
About a week after delivery we will ask for an honest review. Writing one is up to you, and you keep the Blueprint whatever you write or if you write nothing. We publish a review only with your written permission, labelled as a founding-customer review of a Blueprint received free. We do not edit reviews or publish only the favourable ones.
The 48-hour clock starts when we have the documents we need, not when you pay, and it does not run while we are waiting for a document or an answer from you. The Blueprint arrives by email.
If the tender deadline is less than 72 hours away when you order, tell us before you pay and we will say honestly whether it can be done.
We refund the full £99 if either of these happens:
Email info@mhdint.com to claim. We refund to the card you paid with, as soon as we have confirmed the claim.
We do not refund a Blueprint that was delivered on time and that you simply disagree with. Tell us anyway — if we have made a mistake we will correct it.
We do: read the notice and the procurement documents you send us; give a go/no-go assessment with our reasons; build a compliance matrix from what the documents actually say; set out a response outline with win themes; and list the evidence a bid would need, marking the gaps rather than filling them in.
We do not: submit bids for you; write any claim we cannot source from your own documents; promise a win rate or any other outcome; log into buyer portals using your credentials; or take tenders for water, flood, drainage, environmental or civil-engineering work.
We work with reasonable skill and care. You remain responsible for checking your own bid and for submitting it.
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We use your documents only for your own work and never for another customer. We delete them on request, or within 30 days of the work finishing. Our privacy notice explains what else we hold and why.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If we change these terms, the version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid.
